I grew up like most kids in an urban neighborhood and dreamed of playing professional
sports. Since then, I have dedicated countless hours to training and taking the steps to reach those dreams. While still short of the dream, the lessons and time spent in the
gym/field/training room has allowed me to offer my clients years of experience and a wide breadth of knowledge.
I spent most of my college football career in the Athletic Training Room rehabbing various
injuries. The hours I spent strengthening injured muscles, tendons, and ligaments, was an opportunity for me to learn the intricacies of the human musculatory system and how to utilize
exercises and stretches effectively. Although I didn't enjoy limping around college, those painful times proved invaluable to me later on in life.
Now that my college years of 3-a-day trainings are over, I enjoy watching my
clients endure my 1-day trainings. Personal training is an exciting and fulfilling career for me and I hope to stay healthy enough to do it for many years to come.
