DIRT Fitness was founded in 2009 in an effort to help each of our clients reach their individual fitness goals and lead healthier lives. We personally hope that you find your time with us educational, productive, and most of all, rewarding.
Each session will last between 50 – 60 minutes. During this time, we will follow a plan of action that has been individualized for your program, daily workout, and personal needs. It is important that both trainer and client communicate effectively in order to work around and/or strengthen weaknesses, injuries, or excessive fatigue.
Know that we are here to help you succeed and our philosophy is to keep you progressing forward; we are not here to break you, we are here to build you up.
